
Free one hour group walk every Friday morning – meet on the Abbey Green for 10am.
A great way to build a regular walking habit for all the benefits to health and wellbeing that brings. A little bit of manageable activity with a friendly group, you’ll enjoy the chatting and company as much as the exercise! All the walks are led by trained community volunteers who make sure everyone feels welcome and is managing. Plus they usually go to a cafe for a cup of coffee together afterwards.
No need to book, no commitment, just pop along shortly before the start time and look for the leaders in yellow hi-vis.
