Battle Assembles meeting

This month we have a presentation from “The Growing Network” group, who are already well established in Beckley and Bexhill. The group’s description is “A community initiative that supports local people to gather together as a community, to socialise and share freely amongst ourselves”, they share home-grown produce, seeds, tools, recipes, etc in an open atmosphere with soup, tea coffee and biscuits.
The Growing Network fit very well with Battle Assembly’s own aims of community inclusion and resilience, so we are excited to hear from them. Do come along
